Outlier Property respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it and the choices available to you.
Who we are
Outlier Property is a buyer's agency based in Western Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Outlier Property.
Information we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- your name, email address, phone number and other contact details;

- information about your financial position or borrowing capacity where you choose to provide it;
- records of our communications and services provided to you; and
- basic technical information generated when you use our website, such as device, browser, IP address and interaction data.
Please do not send sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for your enquiry or our services and we have asked for it.
How we collect information
We usually collect information directly from you when you use our website, submit a form or survey, book a call, email or call us, meet with us, or engage us to provide buyer's agency services. We may also receive information from a person you authorise, such as your broker, settlement agent or another adviser.
Why we use it
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and assess whether our services are a suitable fit;
- arrange appointments and provide buyer's agency services;
- research, assess and negotiate property opportunities;
- communicate with you and coordinate with advisers you authorise;
- operate, secure and improve our website, systems and services;
- keep business and compliance records; and
- send service updates or marketing where you have consented or where permitted by law.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message or contacting us. Service messages relating to an active enquiry, appointment or engagement may still be sent where necessary.
When we share information
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- technology providers that host our website, forms, calendar, CRM, email and business systems, including Netlify and GoHighLevel or LeadConnector;
- property professionals and advisers involved in a matter, such as brokers, settlement agents, property managers, inspectors and other providers, where you ask or authorise us to involve them;
- professional advisers, insurers and contractors who support our business; and
- government bodies, regulators, courts or other parties where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Overseas processing
Some technology providers we use may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Provider locations and infrastructure can change. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information appropriately.
Website data and cookies
Our website and embedded third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate forms, calendars, security and site functionality. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some features may not work as intended.
How we protect and retain information
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, our business records and applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
